The goods

Claravue distributes over-the-counter botanical dietary supplements, carotenoid nutrient complexes, and daily nutritional wellness formulas specifically packaged for routine dietary support and visual comfort. Product pages describe what is included, the quantity and the form. Photos are illustrative; packaging may differ slightly.

Ordering and contract

An order is placed when you complete checkout. We confirm it by email; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse an order when stock runs out or the details cannot be verified, and we refund any payment in that case.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment. Accepted methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch and offer you to confirm or cancel.

Product images and colours

Product photos are taken of the goods we ship. Colours on your screen depend on its calibration, the browser and the light in the room; a small difference in shade is not a defect and is not a ground for a free return or compensation. Dimensions, materials and contents are stated on each product page.

Transfer of risk

The goods are our responsibility until the courier hands them to you or to the person you named at the address you gave. From that moment the risk of loss or damage passes to you. Visible transport damage should be noted with the courier and reported to us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You may return goods within 30 days of delivery as described on the Returns page. Claravue Wellness Ltd warrants that all vision dietary supplements conform to the nutritional declarations on the physical label, are sealed within expiration dates, and are manufactured under strict quality standards. This statutory warranty covers manufacturing defects or formulation deviations present at delivery, excluding degradation resulting from improper buyer storage, direct sunlight exposure, or broken seals.

• Nutritional supplement containers or blister packs with broken security seals or damaged foil barriers due to public health and bio-safety standards
• Perishable dietary compounds or batches marked with expired best-before periods resulting from delayed customer return transit
• Customized or personalized supplement packs bundled specifically according to bespoke buyer requirements
• Supplements or botanical goods that have been inseparably mixed with other liquids, compounds, or substances after physical receipt
• Unsealed digital health publications, wellness guides, or instructional media provided in connection with the order

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable international commercial law, the total cumulative liability of Claravue Wellness Ltd for any dispute, non-delivery, or product claim shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the specific order in dispute, or a maximum aggregate amount of $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Age and use

You must be at least 18 to place an order. Products are to be used as described on the label; they are not a substitute for medical advice.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commercial sales conventions and internationally recognized principles of consumer contracts, excluding conflicts of law rules. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us, it goes to the competent court of the seller's registered address, without prejudice to consumer rights in your country of residence.
