Conditions

To qualify for a refund within the 30-day window, the vision supplement packaging must remain completely unopened, in its original carton, with the exterior shrink wrap, bottle seal, and tamper-evident closure fully intact and free from contamination or wear.

In compliance with international public health and biosecurity regulations, any dietary supplement, vitamin bottle, or nutrient pack whose security seal, cap liner, or blister foil has been broken, unsealed, or tampered with is strictly ineligible for return, restock, or monetary refund.

How to return an item

Submit a written return request containing your order number and item batch code to [email protected] within 30 days of physical delivery
Receive an official Return Merchandise Authorization code together with the designated international returns depot address
Secure the unopened supplement bottles inside a shock-absorbent shipping carton with the original protective packaging and authorization sheet included
Dispatch the package via a trackable international carrier and provide the tracking identifier to customer service
Receive the refund remittance within 3-10 business days after the warehouse inspection confirms intact tamper-evident seals and verifies compliance

Who pays return shipping

If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay, we send a prepaid label or arrange a courier pickup. If you changed your mind, the return shipping is paid by you; we deduct nothing else.

Refund timing and method

The refund is issued within 3 business days after the item passes inspection. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to the account you name; bank-transfer orders go back to the same account. The bank usually posts it in 1-5 business days.

Exchanges

To exchange for another size, variant or product, follow the return steps and place a new order; we refund the returned item as soon as it arrives. If the exchange is due to our mistake, the new order ships at no cost.

Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled free of charge until it is dispatched. Write to [email protected] with the order number. After dispatch, the return procedure applies.
