Delivery methods

Doorstep delivery

Tracked courier delivery to your street address, building, apartment, city and postal code. A signature may be requested for orders above $60.

Pickup point

Collect at a partner pickup point or parcel locker near you. The parcel is held for 7 days before it is returned to us.

Order processing

Orders placed before 14:00 (2:00 PM) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You receive a confirmation email with the order number as soon as the order is placed.

Every bottle of our daily eye wellness vitamins is encased in light-resistant, tamper-evident sealed packaging, shielded by climate-stable internal lining and robust, double-wall corrugated outer cartons to prevent physical impact or temperature fluctuations during transit.

Tracking your parcel

Upon dispatch, an automated dispatch notification containing a unique international tracking number is transmitted directly via email and SMS, enabling real-time monitoring of your parcel route at all times.

Lost or delayed parcel

If the tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We open a trace with the courier and either resend the order or refund it in full, your choice, within 10 business days of the claim.

Damaged on arrival

Inspect the parcel exterior upon physical receipt from the courier. If the shipping carton or inner tamper-evident seals show visible transit damage, refuse the package or request a damage notation from the courier, photograph the packaging immediately, and submit the documentation to customer support within 48 hours of receipt for an immediate replacement dispatch.

Cash on delivery

Pay the courier when the parcel is handed over. No prepayment is required.

Bank transfer

Pay to our company account; the details are shown after checkout and in the confirmation email. The order ships once the payment arrives, usually within one business day.

We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We never ask for card or online-banking details by email or phone.

We ship to selected countries. Costs and timeframes for each destination are shown at checkout before payment. Import duties, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.
